Professional Experience
Kelly began her career in healthcare consulting after earning a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from Cornell University in 2018. After working with pharmaceutical clients on strategy and market access, she transitioned into education to pursue her passion for equity and student-centered learning.
Kelly earned her M.A. in Education from Stanford University in 2021 and went on to teach biology and human physiology at Balboa High School in San Francisco for three years. She then taught health science and medical technology courses at Weddington High School outside of Charlotte, North Carolina for one year.
Kelly is currently pursuing an M.A. in Education Policy at Columbia University’s Teachers College, where she is conducting research on policies and practices for equitable education. She remains deeply committed to supporting students through research, policy, and classroom practice as she continues to shape the next chapter of her career in education.

In her spare time, Kelly enjoys reading and watching movies.
