Teachers have the unique opportunity to spend time talking, teaching, and listening to their students. During that time, teachers should be encouraging, motivating, and cultivating curious, understanding, and passionate thinkers. While helping them become conscious members of society, teachers should also help them learn more about themselves, discovering who and what they want to be.”

Samantha’s Story

Teaching Discipline

Mathematics

Why Mathematics

Throughout school, I always excelled in math. But it wasn’t until high school when I saw the important and significant connections that existed in the math world. I was so fascinated by how everything just fit together like a beautiful puzzle. Understanding all the parts made for a wonderful solution. Because of this interest, I wanted to continue watching and facilitating others as they began to put this puzzle together.”
