Knowles has provided me with relationships that sustain me. I regularly connect with program officers for advice and support on school/classroom issues. I also connect with other Fellows probably two to three times a week to discuss what is happening in our classrooms/lives and to support one another. We share curriculum, stories, and laughter.”
For me, the key to avoiding burnout is staying inspired as a learner and creative as a teacher. The financial support of Knowles has kept me in the classroom by helping me reach both of these goals."
