Ignored, Pacified, and Deflected: Racial Battle Fatigue for an Asian American non-Tenure Track Professor

This autoethnography employs AsianCrit to center the author’s experiences as an Asian American male faculty member at a Predominantly White Institution (PWI). It challenges the model minority myth and reveals how racism persists despite perceived successes, denying Asian Americans entry into leadership positions.
