Professional Experience

Jacqueline’s teaching experience began with working as an associate educator in Minneapolis after graduation. In this role, she supported bilingual Spanish speaking students. Meanwhile, she spent summers working abroad with Amigos de Las Americas running youth experiential education programs in Paraguay and Mexico.

Later, Jacqueline spent a year working in outdoor ecology education along the coast of Maine. Then, she began working as a support teacher in the Special Education department at Baxter Academy in Portland, Maine. In this role, she collaborated with science teachers to modify and accommodate coursework to meet the needs of all learners.

Jacqueline will begin teaching full time during the 2018–2019 school year.


Jacqueline enjoys biking to get around, swimming in the ocean and spending time with friends and family exploring.
