Stephanie joined Knowles as the Director, Operations in July 2012. In this role, she is responsible for managing the organization’s day-to-day operations, including marketing and program support. She is also charged with increasing Knowles’ impact, through the execution of fundraising and development efforts.
Before transitioning to the non-profit sector, Stephanie was employed at Metrologic Instruments, Inc. for seven years, working in various marketing and administrative positions. Following Honeywell’s acquisition of Metrologic Instruments in 2008, Stephanie held two key positions within the Scanning & Mobility division which helped to prepare her for her current position.
As the director of North American channel marketing and the director of global marketing communications for Honeywell Scanning & Mobility (HSM), Stephanie managed the following functions: channel programs, new product introduction, public relations, training, brand management, events, creative services, and web and interactive media.
During her tenure at HSM, she was selected to serve as the marketing lead on two integration teams. These experiences allowed her to develop expertise in the elimination of operational inefficiencies and the development of streamlined processes. Her efforts resulted in the implementation of new technology platforms designed to easily manage and analyze data, a skill which she has leveraged at Knowles.
